Technological Process
The first stage---raw material crushing section
The raw ore is unloaded into the crusher by a forklift or incoming truck and is crushed to a fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
The second stage---raw material grinding section
The raw materials with suitable particle size are continuously and uniformly sent to the main machine for grinding through the skirt belt feeder. The ground fine powder is sent to the classifier for classification under the action of the air flow of the fan. Enter the air outlet duct to enter the collection stage.
The third stage---raw material classification section
The dust gas from the mill enters the cyclone collector through the main air outlet pipe, and most of the finished fine powder is separated under the action of centrifugal force. The excess gas is discharged and sent to the pulse dust collector. After the pulse dust collector, it becomes clean gas and discharged. The finished product fine powder collected by the cloth bag is transported to the finished product conveying stage together by the screw conveyor.
The fourth stage---raw material collection section
