PROJECT INTRODUCTION

The project is located in Uganda. It is a project of a well-known kaolin powder company in Uganda. The customer used the traditional Raymond mill for processing and grinding. Because of the market saturation problem, the customer needs to expand the downstream market, so he needs kaolin with higher fineness, so just follow us get in touch.

After communication, our sales manager recommended our HGM series 125L kaolin powder ultrafine grinding mill for him. At first, the customer felt that the investment cost of this model was a bit high, but after the upstream and downstream market inspections and many communications with us and On-the-spot inspection, they chose the HGM series 125L kaolin powder mill produced by Shibang Superfine Powder Technology Co., Ltd., which has multiple technologies.

KAOLIN POWDER USES

Kaolin powder (Kaolin) has a wide range of applications in many fields. Here are a few common uses for kaolin clay powder:

KAOLIN POWDER GRINDING PROCESS

The grinding process of 2500 mesh kaolin powder generally includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation.

To prepare kaolin raw materials to ensure their quality meets the requirements, it usually needs to go through processes such as ore collection and pretreatment.

2. Crushing.

The purpose of crushing is to change kaolin raw materials from larger lumps or granules into smaller granules for subsequent grinding operations. Common crushing equipment includes jaw crushers and cone crushers.

3. Grinding.

The purpose of grinding is to further refine the particle size of kaolin particles and improve the fineness and grinding effect of the product. Commonly used grinding equipment includes HGM series ultrafine powder grinding mills and CLUM series ultrafine powder vertical mills. 4. Classification and screening.

The ground kaolin powder is classified and screened. The purpose is to classify the powder according to the particle size, so as to obtain products that meet the requirements. Generally, screening equipment is used for classification, such as vibrating screens, centrifugal screens, etc.

5. Magnetic separation iron removal.

Sometimes there are some iron mineral impurities in kaolin, in order to improve product purity, magnetic separation iron removal operation is required. Usually, a magnetic separator or a magnetic separation drum is used to magnetically separate the kaolin powder to remove iron minerals.

6. Drying treatment.

The kaolin powder after magnetic separation and iron removal needs to be dried to remove the moisture in it. Drying equipment can choose oven, dryer and so on.

7. Packaging and storage.

The dried kaolin powder is packaged and stored in a dry, ventilated and pollution-free environment to ensure the quality and stability of the product.

PLC/DCS is adopted to automatically control the grinding roller pressure control mode, basically no manual operation is required; the independent grinding roller lubrication station not only provides sufficient lubrication, but also prevents excessive oil leakage.
