After pyrolysis of waste tires, we can get metal parts, heavy crude oil, natural gas and carbon black. Metals and gases can be recovered. Crude oil can be distilled into fuel oil. Carbon black can be further processed into different sizes and is widely used in the rubber and paint industries.

1. Raw material cracking

The whole waste tire (tire piece) of raw material is sent to the thermal cracking furnace, and the combustion chamber is fueled and burned, and cracking is carried out in the furnace.

2. Product collection

Cracking produces the first product: oil fumes. Passing into the oil condenser through the pipeline to cool and liquefy it into refined oil, which is collected into the oil tank. A small part of the soot is emitted into the atmosphere.

3. Product isolation

Most of the steel wire is removed by manual sorting or magnetic separation. The hydrophobicity of carbon black is used for water washing separation to remove ash and a small amount of fine steel wire. Improve the purity of carbon black.

4. Carbon black powder grinding

Dry to remove moisture and oil. It is sent to a carbon black pulverizer for grinding, and the powder is collected.
