SBM Group 2021 service China tour officially launched today.
SBM integrates R&D, production, distribution and service, and attaches great importance to communication with customers. We have established an after-sales inspection team composed of more than 100 people.
The annual service China trip is our trump card team for after-sales service. The purpose of their establishment is as follows:
1. Solve problems encountered by customers in a timely manner;
2. Collect feedback and improvement suggestions from customers to correctly position our development and research directions.
3. Assist customers in regular testing and debugging, and provide technical guidance.
4. Provide services covering the entire life cycle of the project to avoid the inability to meet customer needs after the project is put into operation.
Currently affected by the global epidemic, this activity is only carried out in China. Later, we will expand the scope of activities to other countries and regions to serve more customers. Stay tuned.
