CLRM New Type Pendulum Roller Mill is mainly suitable for grinding various non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 6 and temperature below 6%. application. The finished granules can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 50-325 mesh. The main processing materials are: quartzite, feldspar, barite, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, silicon carbide, bauxite, marble, phosphate rock, coal, slag and other more than 400 kinds of materials.
The standard configuration of this new type of suspension roller mill includes main engine, reducer, powder separator, powder collector, dust collector, fan, electric control cabinet and link pipeline. Optional accessories are crusher, bucket elevator, feeder.

Matters needing attention in the work of Raymond mill

Working principle
After being crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, the super-large block materials are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the main machine grinding chamber by the vibrating feeder for grinding. The powder enters the large cyclone collector through the pipeline with the air flow of the fan, and is separated and collected, and then discharged through the powder valve to be the finished fine powder. The airflow is sucked into the blower by the return air duct at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The entire airflow system of the machine is closed and micro-circulated, and it circulates in a positive and negative pressure state.
